Group Training

D-BLOCK offers group training where members have access to any group training start time any day Monday-Saturday. No matter your fitness level. The group training sessions are designed to incorporate cardio training along with resistance training. The 60min training class allows members to reach high caloric burn expenditures and perform resistance training exercises that promote lean muscle growth that burns more body fat than cardio training alone.
