D-BLOCK FIT ONLINE training was designed to reach clients that had moved away from the East TN area of Knoxville. The home of D-BLOCK. The vision to train friends, family, college teammates from afar or anyone else willing to commit too themselves and make changes into their fitness lifestyle. Was a service and product I wanted to deliver.

The D-BLOCK FIT training sessions are designed by Dunstan Kendrick, Founder of Dunstan Kendrick’s Performance Traini-ng, D-BLOCK. Workouts are based off 3 levels of intensity; high, mid and low. With 5 integrated functional training sessions set up daily into circuit/super set forms based on:

  1. Core/Power lifting weight exercises
  2. Resistance free weight exercise
  3. Miscellaneous free weight exercises
  4. Calisthenics/body weight exercises
  5. Abs&Core Stabilization exercises

*The Days Lift varies in completion from 20-40min
*Over 120 video demonstrations of Exercises/Lifts/Movements

The Routine

AT HOME WORKOUTS

The At Home Workouts are designed to be convenient, consistent and challenging all at the same time. Members can get a complete and sufficient training session in the comfort of being at home. The resistance training workouts will be just what members need to get a full body workout without stepping foot into a crowded fitness center or gym.

Members will need to purchase the following equipment.
•Medicine Slam Balls (3 different resistance of choice)
Low resistance (5-10lbs)
Mid resistance (15-25lbs)
High resistance (30-40lbs)

•30ft Battle Rope

•Kettlebell (3 different resistance of choice)
Low resistance (10-20lbs)
Mid resistance (30-40lbs)
High resistance (50-60lbs)

•Set of Dumbbells (3 different resistance of choice)
Low resistance (10-20lbs)
Mid resistance (20-30lbs)
High resistance (30-40lbs)
